La Rue's Chocolate

La Rue's Chocolate, a company created by Chef Emily Rue. The Simply Delicious chocolates are handmade with the highest quality ingredients and European chocolate. Chef Rue started making chocolates in 1985, where she had a business in Farmington, New Mexico. She carried a full line of chocolates, baked goods and a full service catering company. Chef Rue created chocolates that are just now showing up on today's market.

She has a unique ability to create new and different chocolates to delight her customers. Always keeping up on the latest trends.

A Scottsdale Culinary Institute graduate, she was the first female Certified Executive Chef in Arizona.

Chef Rue was written up in the newspaper along with photos of her chocolate village. She also has appeared on several local television stations demonstrating her unique variety of chocolates.
